SECTION 5 – WEB SERVER

Our store is hosted by a Web Server company (SiteGround) in London. They provide us with the online hosting and we have built an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. These services and products are managed by our Website management partner Digital 5M.

Your data is stored through their data storage, databases and the general website application. All data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall and all communication is protected by SSL encryption.

Payment:

If you purchase from our website with a credit or debit card, payment processing is provided by Stripe or PayPal. They provide a payment gateway allowing you to complete your purchase. We do not know, record or store your credit card number on the website or any other location. All payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
